How should I supply my artwork?
We accept electronic art as the following: Adobe Illustrator, Quark XPress, Adobe in Design or PDFs with all fonts turned into outlines and included. We can also scan your original art, please contact us for a quote.
How should I supply my photography?
When it comes to photography, the higher the resolution the better. We like to work with jpegs of at least 300 dpi, but tiff and Photoshop files are also acceptable.
When can I expect my order?
Standard production is 10 business days, subject to stock availability. Rush orders are available, please contact us for a quote.
What are your set up charges?
Set up charges are $35.00 per order and always include an electronic proof for approval.
What kind of seeds can I select from?
We offer a variety of favorites including: Wildflower, vegetable and herb seeded paper. Other seed mixtures include Marigold, Baby’s Breath and Forget-Me-Nots. Seed mixtures subject to change.
What paper colors can I pick from?
We print on white seed paper, but other colors are available for custom orders. Due to the handmade nature of our paper, the color may vary slightly.
What Die Cut shapes are available?
We currently offer many different shapes, including a palm tree, cat, watering can with heart cut-out and a ribbon. Custom shapes are always available; please contact us with your idea!
How do I grow my Sprouts! cards?
Each product comes pre-printed with easy to follow instructions. Please click here to view complete planting instructions. You may also download a printable pdf of planting instructions here.
Do you offer second side printing?
Most products allow for second side printing, for a charge of $0.35 ea.
Are envelopes included with my order?
All cards include envelopes, packed separately. Bookmarks, Sprouters and Die Cuts do not include envelopes. Postcard envelopes are available for an additional charge.
Will you print on my envelopes?
We will print return address only, for $0.20 per envelope.
Will you send me a pre-production sample?
We’d be happy to send you a pre-production sample for $15.00 (plus shipping).
